Email to confirm location

This is a print screen of the email we sent to the local business Olympus House to allow us to film on their property, we emailed last week. We also have informaed our local police station about the kidnapping and the prented gun being used, having explained that it is for educational purposes. They swiftly agreed and gave us the heads up to crack on with our filming. They are now alert what is going on and in what locations in case anybody from the public those see and feel threatened in any way.
